This salon provides expert services from highly trained professionals. The staff is very friendly. They offer prompt and friendly greetings upon arrival. The salon is always clean and attractive. The guests are treated with the utmost respect. Techniques and services are explained and discussed in advance with all questions answered completely. One truly feels valued and pampered while receiving services at Serendipity Salon and Day Spa. I highly recommend this salon! I have been so pleased with the many services I have experienced at the salon.

I will never go anywhere else! Ashleigh did a fantastic job on my highlights, cut & style! Wouldn't recommend any other place but Serendipity.

The staff here are all very friendly and professional. I've gotten my hair cut here twice and they did a great job both times. The salon itself is very clean and elegant. They offer a large variety of salon and spa services and they have a nice selection of salon products available for purchase.

Highlights I got from Ashleigh months ago still look great and I get lots of compliments. Great welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Have always been very accommodating.
