This is the best nail salon I have been to. It's a little to opulent for my personal taste but the salon is clean, well kept, amd the owner seems to have spared no expense. The receptionist, owner, and techs I spoke with were all able to communicate with ease.
Unfortunately I can be incredibly picky about my nails. I have been to multiple salons over the last few months searching for a salon I can trust to uphold a standard that guarantees consistency! I prefer French tip solar nails. They must be thin and the tech needs to be able to communicate with me. Lee did my nails today at this location and I have ZERO complaints. He trimmed my cuticles, perfectly shaped my nails, and thinned my fill so they look more natural. I wanted a gel color with a matte finish which I've never done before. The polish looks perfect! The owner checked several times to make sure I was happy. I cannot recommend Lux Nail Bar enough.
Cost of a solar fill, gel polish, and cuticle trim was a little over $30 because they are running a 20% off all services. I'm a very happy customer!
Edit: My gel polish began to wear off around the edges and outright chip on my thumb. I've never had that happen before! I went back in today and they polished my nails again at no cost. Best of all they didn't make me ask for it he free! He recognized the issue and resolved it in a very friendly manner. Great service.
Edit: I have stopped going here because my nails do not seem to last as long! They chip and I don’t think they sculpt my nails as well as other places have.

This place was extremely disappointing… I came in for a shellac manicure and they gave me a gel manicure… I had to remove my dip set and my nails were extremely flimsy… when I said something they said no this was what I was asking for that my nails would be fine…this lady Loan rushed through the set cut my finger when filing… left my nails all uneven (I wish I was kidding) she didn’t even ask me what shape I wanted… and I paid $42 for what?! For my gel manicure to chip and bubble not a day after my visit… what a waste of money and time since it literally took 2 hours to get this done… do not go here… just horrible

Jeff is the absolute best!!! Great conversation and even better nail service! It’s so hard finding someone to good nails in Dallas. He’s definitely a 10/10!! Love him. THANK YOU JEFF!!!! 💗

I waited an hour for service.
They do not have individual nail stations, rather long tables where they sit everyone right next to each other.
The nail tech did good, I just don't understand this break down of pricing at all.
They rush you to pay in the middle of service, so I didn't notice the ridiculous pricing until after she brought back a receipt.
I asked for an acrylic set with design.
Their websites states a full set is $28 which usually includes the nail tips.
I was charged for a refill solar set, tips and to cut down, this should all be included in the set.
I will not be back, they should be more transparent with pricing.

My mother had 3 brain surgeries and almost died a month ago… it was her birthday yesterday and she asked to get her nails done so I took her here even though she still has some confusion and was worried about people looking at her weird behind her new disability….. the nail tech was very patient, respectful, and understanding! The man at the desk which I think is Tony the manager was very nice and I can tell he understood the situation. That kind of service goes along way when people are going through hard times! Thanks again!
