I use to love this salon but since all the awesome wonderful nail technicians left it is not the great salon I use to look forward going to! Rachael the owner very rude over the phone with helping and assuring to make appointments. Then got snippy after she answered the phone once they were "closed" sorry trying to book an appointment with a salon that is hard to get into you shouldn't have answered the phone! When customers are looking for someone to make there appointment with they should speak directly to the technician they want because she has no customer service skills. Your shop is ran poorly as it looks with all the maintenance fixes it needs. With all the buisness you get from loyal customers you should learn how to speak to them and fix your faucets while your at it. Miss my Trisha tram and big red!

I used to have my nails done by Jesse for many years while he was in Webster. I go to Rachel now who is wonderful and always does an excellent job when I go in to get a full set. My nails always look beautiful after getting many compliments! The only negative is some experiences my family and I have had when trying to have scheduled pedicures done together (at the same time). We always call ahead with plenty of notice and make it clear that we want to get them done together, they tell us what time to come, and yet there are never enough nail techs to work on everyone. The first time this happened, my mother and I were taking my dad for his first ever pedicure. A lady was working on myself and my mom and no one ever came for my dad until ours were practically over. He had to just sit there for almost an hour while the water was getting cold and his feet were pruning. It would be nice if they weren't able to take a small group of three, that they would just let you know when you call instead of setting up the appointment and having this happen. Same thing the next time when it was just my mother and I. Someone did my pedicure and no one came over for my mom until mine was almost finished. So it was pointless to go together and to make a double appointment. We won't be making that mistake for a third time.

I was a huge fan of Li Li Nails Webster until I was treated extremely rude while trying to make an appointment. There was a women screaming in the background about me and missing an appointment while I was on the phone which I told my tech was very inappropriate mind you I have been a loyal customer for almost 2 years and I have missed 3 appointments 2 because I was in the hospital (which my nail tech knows about) and 1 because I forgot, but I still scheduled an appointment with her for this Friday because she has been doing my nails for years. I then called back to cancel after being treated that way and was told I no longer can make appointments and can only come in as a walk in. This is a nail salon people miss appointments all of the time without calling. I understand missing an appointment is a waist of their time and I should have called but there rule is if you are 15 minutes late they take a walk in and my appointments are normally on the weekend when they are busy, so there is someone else to take my spot. I have also recommended many friends to them over the years who have actually gone and given them business. Its a shame because I thought very highly of them and I no longer do. I do not recommend them and will no longer do business with them.

Tram is my go to tech! She and the rest of the staff always know the newest trends and styles. Service is really quick and prompt and I have zero complaints. Also super competitive pricing! I love Lili Nails

Very rude. I went in to get a full set and the woman doing my nails was very rude and nasty as I was explaining how I wanted my nails. She rolled her eyes and all. I was with my mother and she wanted to see if they could’ve done her manicure and they told her that they didn’t have time for that. I never went back!
