Will be going elsewhere... While most are nice my Sister has lost 7 braids. I'm not happy about it and the fact that I always leave a good tip. If they did not feel like doing hair I wish they would've told me instead of rushing. It is only been 4 days since our visit that her braids started falling out. And to date after calling numerous times still no call back. Found another place for us to go and customer service is better there.

Love this shop. I've been going there for 2 years. I change styles alot so I've had each braider on my head and they are all great. There is a very sweet older woman there, Auntie, is what everyone calls her. They treat you like family. They are neat, fast, and very reasonable. They are very consistent and care about making sure you are happy with your hair. They also don't braid your hair extra tight, which was important to me. I haven't experienced any hair loss, since going to this braiding shop. #Customer4Life
