Go to Fashion Island to get your nails done instead, prices are better and the employee Vivian will not verbally attack you. Had a full set put on 1/30/18, very next day right pointer nail snaps in half(OUCH), I go back, they fix it but are rude then the very next day the same nail they ' FIXED' snapped even further down and I do not have long acrillics on at all. I go in, again to the get my same nail fixed and Vivian storms out of their back room saying how I'm confused and it's not the same nail, that I am wrong (when it happened to me), yelling and speaking over me. I am a good person who did not yell, just wants the good service I PAY for.
No employee knew who their manager was (LIARS) also no one would show me Vivian's cosmetology license for CA (which are supposed to either be posted or shown at the time of request).

Vivian is thorough, skilled, delightful and available. I am very particular about my preferences and she consistently hits it out of the park

A crowded nail factory... my tech pulled out used tools - no sign of sanitizing anywhere. She gave a short massage while watching TV and when I asked to focus on the heel, she said $10 more. I totally regretted stepping foot in this shop.

I'm sorry but I am going to be brutally honest here. At first, I had a not-so-great experience. They rushed through the process and my nails were not great. She glopped on a lot of gel polish causing it to bubble and tear after less 10 HOURS! At first I rated them a 1 because of this but I did go back the next day and she completely did them over at no charge and apologized for the mishap. They look A LOT better now. I gave 3 stars because this should not have happened at all. I should not have had to return to have my nails done correctly.
