I've been a member at this Hand and Stone for a little over 2 years now. I've had an amazing experience. Mitchell has helped me through some hard times and was very accommodating to my needs. It was fantastic customer service and I love coming here. I recommend!

I received two two gift cards as a gift a few Christmases ago. One I used right away. However, having two kids, I hadn’t had the chance to use the other. I specifically took off from work one day to use it. After I checked in, I was told it had expired which seems strange to me since the service is already paid for. The manager was completely unwilling to honor the gift card. On top of that, he was treating the associate at the counter terribly. Speaking down to her and snapping his fingers at her all while on the phone with a customer who had to repeat themselves since he was so consumed with her not standing in the “right” spot. The google reviews are extremely low for this location but I went anyway but now I know they were right. It's unreal that a company would not honor a gift card regardless of how it was purchased. The service is paid for by the gift card. That shouldn't go away! Do NOT give this company any more money as they are keeping people's money and not fulfilling the service paid for.

I was reluctant to try this establishment out because of the poor reviews. However, I decided to give it a shot. My conversation with the booking agent went well. I called back to change my appointment time and the owner/ manager Mitchell was very accommodating. I was late for my appointment, and again they were professional and welcoming. My massage was very relaxing, the space was quiet, clean and comfortable. I'm not a huge fan of professional massages, however my experience was enjoyable, so I will return.

LOVED IT!
The staff immediately welcomed me as I walked in. The manager Mitchell was kind and made sure the service was great. The therapists and estheticians are highly skilled and knowledgeable and create a personalized service just for me. I most definitely left feeling relaxed :) I can’t wait to go back!

My husband and I had a couples massage yesterday. Despite reading negative reviews, we made the appointment and were glad we did. It was a wonderful experience...from being greeted respectfully and professionally to our wonderful masseuses...it was top notch!
