I was in Queen Nails yesterday, January 24th, 2022, to have my nails done. Joe was the one that did them and he was EXTREMELY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL to me!! He immediately got an attitude when I told him he had cut my nails shorter than I wanted!! And in between being so rude and unprofessional, he wouldn't even speak to me at all. Anytime I would express my preferences on what or how I wanted my nails, he would slam his Emory board down and give me dirty looks!! I picked out my colors that I wanted and one of them was a pink glitter. He asked the receptionist if she would get the glitter I had picked out in a different bottle for him. She brought it over to him and he opened it and said this isn't the color glitter you picked out. I said ok well I want pink glitter. He said "go find it!" in an extremely rude tone!! I was literally afraid to say ANYTHING to him!! I almost got up and left I was so mad!! Then, as soon as I was finished running my card to pay him, he immediately walked off without saying thank you or anything at all period!!Needless to say I did NOT tip him and I will NEVER be back!! I refuse to be treated in that manner!! Something needs to be done about how horrible he is with customers!!

When I ask them something it was answered. Nice ppl and I look forward to being a monthly regular and bring my daughter and grand girls. They love their spa days also.

I’ve been getting my nails done here for many years. I hadn’t had my nails done in a while and I started coming back to them. Every time I go there, the prices go up. I was in yesterday to get a new set of nails with gel nail polish on them and a pedicure. Kevin was the one that did this. I had used his services before and he doesn’t talk or answer any questions and when you do ask a question, he is visibly annoyed rolling his eyes and when he tries to answer it’s obvious it’s a bother to him. I will not ever use his services again. I don’t think he liked the tip I gave him because when I was checking out at the front desk, I told him how much extra to charge my card and he just gave me “a look” and he called the next customer and I had to ask if I was done and he said yeah; no thank you, see you next time, etc. very rude in my opinion and honestly, I’m not digging my pedicure, it doesn’t look professional! I used to enjoy coming here but they are pretty pricey and I’m going to look for another salon.

Love getting my nails done here! My favorite technicians are Julie and Jenny. They always make me feel welcome and do such a wonderful job. Highly recommend you make an appointment with these ladies.

Went in a few days ago, & Jenny did my nails. First thing I noticed was the place wasn’t the cleanest. Nail table was really dirty, and not sanitized before I sat down after other client. Jenny was quick, I just needed a fill. They were out of the color I wanted so I settled for something less as they claimed they had no other brown color in the salon. After my nails were done, I noticed how bad the shape was (even worse than what I came and got it fixed for.) I thought to myself I wouldn’t come here again, but it was my last resort and for the prices pretty good! The prices ended up wrong. I was told it would be $25 for an acrylic fill and she decided she would rather gel ON TOP OF MY ACRYLIC so she charged $48 in total (while adding a $10 length charge when I already had length prior. She didn’t add any length at all.) after tip it was $60 which was how much it was to get a fresh set!! All this for just a fill. It’s been 2 days and the polish is already coming off. I will never return, save your money.
