I would agree service is great! The shop is not cluttered with a bunch of fumes and the ladies are really nice, however the quality is not the best. I went in for a manicure and pedicure. My feet look really nice!!! BUT my nails...OMG when I went to show off my nails I had polish on my skin, bubbles in the polish and after a day the polish started to come off.
I would only recommend this shop if you are getting your feet done, they do a good job!

The lady did not want to come in to do eyelash extensions. Plus it was very disorganized. Don’t go there. Don’t waste your time or money.

Very disgusted with my visit today for a mani & pedi! I was getting my feet done by a lady, and a second woman came. She started to scrap each of my fingers with her nails to get gel nail polish off. They had a conversation as multiple customers started to come in. She then soaked my nails in cool water then started to cut my cuticle and cut into my skin on my middle finger. She stopped and continued to stop throughout the process to answer the phone. Once the lady was done with my feet they asked me to sit in the front of the nail salon. She grabbed my shoes and sat them on the floor next to me. She worked on my nails and did not discard any of the files as my finger was bleeding. She finished my nails and did a RUSH paint job! She then placed a design on each of my big toes and sat me under the dryer for 5 mins I told her they felt dry and she did not check them to confirm asked me to put my pedi shoes and spacers on the table. Once I got home I saw under better light the horrible job on my toes. Also the cut burned and hurt so bad that was done when she cut into my cuticle too Deep. It was very poor customer service. when iI called to let them know about my finger needing a bandaid and Neosporin and the paint job they told me to come in. When I arrived she told me it was my fault and I needed to PAY! Again the Customer service was extremely POOR no compassion and all about money!

I started going to Color Nails when I was 12 yrs old and that was 18 yrs ago. I still love this nail shop. I highly recommend checking them out for Pedicures, Manicures, Eyebrow ( waxing), and Acrylic Nails. I simply love them.
I moved to Jacksonville, FL and I miss them because no one can do nails like they can.
Please be patient because sometime you have to wait but their service is worth the wait.
I miss MiMi and Lee Lee!!!!
