My first experience with Andy was horrible they are rude an they talk about the clients and laugh in their faces. In there language of course my nails are breaking and my gel polish is chipped and peeling. I went a second time the lady was more pleasant but she conversed in their language being rude right in front of me I tipped her but I won’t be going back. They will not treat you properly unless you are white sad to say. Any other race beware. I will add pictures on another post because I would like to show my crappie pedicure and my horrible nails. I’m going find another shop in Buford. ** I forgot to add the lady repaired one nail and used a pink gel on my nail so I had one pink and the rest were clear... smh I posted pictures so please beware of these nail art scammers. I won’t be going back!

It’s been a while since I’ve been to this salon, I had previously gotten acrylics with them and they were nice and lasted long. The price wasn’t bad either from what I remember. Yesterday I went to get a regular mani with gel polish. On their website it states that the mani is $10, adding gel polish should be at most $5-10 so in total should have been at most like $20. My tech wasn’t rude or anything but never really spoke to me, she barely had to work on my nails because I had filed them two days prior. She removed the cuticles gently and did the job nicely. At the end she massaged my hands and arms. When it came time to pay she told me it was $25. I didn’t question it. I just paid it and left. I’m upset that their website prices are not true. Also I tipped her cash so I don’t think she’d add the tip to the bill.

I will never return to this nail salon. Andy did my nails on a Sunday, by Friday I had 2 broken nails and 2 others lifting. Because I was out of town, I wasn't able to return for repairs until today, Monday. I called in advance to let them know I was at work but needed to come today after work for repairs because I paid $52 for nails that were breaking off my hands in less than a week. The woman I spoke to on the phone told me come tomorrow when Andy was back at work. I told her no, I need to come today, I have 2 broken nails! I type all day! I do no heavy work or dangerous work or anything with my hands and I have NEVER had this problem before! As soon as I got off work, I came here only for this woman to tell me to wait 30 minutes to get my repairs done. I have already been inconvenienced! It's not right for me to be inconvenienced even more! I'm extremely upset.

terrible service would not recommend. on the website it says that a new acrylic set is 20 and when i got regular polish, short, square nails they said the price was $25 like H O W?? besides the terrible costumer service. they left me there “drying” my nails for more time then they spent actually doing the nails while they went to do other things and eventually go to a different costumer which is fine i don’t expect them to stay the whole time or anything but they completely forgot me there— it wasn’t until i got tired and got up and left and they still didn’t acknowledge it. definitely not worth it

I only go there because my mom does and when I visit her it’s easy just to pop in. But every time I get stuck with the same girl. She does ok but if I’m paying $40 for my Nails they need to look good. Today when I went I had a cut on my finger. I asked her to be careful and the next thing she does was shove my hand in a bag of acetone. Last time she did that I got what seemed like chemical burns on my finger tips. Now it was in my cut. Then she asked what I wanted and when I showed her the picture she said “just like the picture?” “You want it exactly like that” I said yes both times. It wasn’t hard at all. I don’t think she knew what she was doing because she seemed so unsure so I just told her to forget it and had her do something simple. She kept dipping my nails in the powder and the entire nail wasn’t covered. Then other coworkers would come by and tell her how to do it. I asked for square nails and I like them to be cut at my fingertip. I got some square. Some rounded. And some in between. All at different lengths. Finally after an hour and a half she was done and told me to wash my hands. As I was washing I felt about 4 nails that were still sharp. I asked her to file them down and she said “oh that not polish it your real nail” like yeah??? File it down. She hardly did that. And when I got home I filed it myself. And the sides of my nails are not done and I can see better at home. All in all I will not be going back. I just hate that I spend money and never feel good about my nails when I leave. Milan and Andy do great work but they are so busy and I get stuck with the unlicensed family member learning to do nails. I’d rather go somewhere else.
