Went to Michelle's tonight, only customer there, and 2 workers. A pedicure was needed. Low and behold 7 ladies walked in, and the 2 employees appeared to freak, cuz there was no staff! My pedicure was rushed, they called in 2 staff, who showed up 45 minutes later. Disappointed customers having to wait, and they sent 3 home. My pedicure finished with the lady on floor putting the last coat on!! No shoulder massage nothing. Believe me, I will not be returning to Michelle's , nor did I give a tip!! So dissatisfied, as well as others, who most likely will not leave a tip either!

Not enough staff, customer service was horrible. Nail Technician didn't know what she was doing, she was in a hurry. When I pointed out nails weren't filed properly and cuticles needed attention she kept saying she would get to it, and didn't. I had to keep repeating myself.

Been going to Michelle’s for years. Always a good experience. Clean and courteous. Always leave relaxed and with pretty feet.

This shop isnt worth the trip. I stopped by on my way home to get a GEL FILL. First, they were unsure how to shape nails in a style outside of the traditional square. However, my major complaint was my fill chipped in less than 24 hours. I called and they were accommodating and schedule me for repair for the next day. Upon arrival I was greeted by a gentlemen that asked my nail color. He proceeded to argue back and forth with me about which color my nails were painted. He start on my nails I was in and out within 10 minutes. They chipped again the next day. I've never had a gel polish chip twice within 24 hours. I am not going back. I accept that this is outside of their capabilities but I would highly recommend going somewhere else for a gel-fill.

They did a great job on my gel nails and my eyebrows!!! Fantastic service great people that work there too! Absolutely going to be coming back more often
