I've gotten my nails done here 4 times, and each experience has been fabulous. All the ladies are super sweet and funny and always spark up a conversation. I did have one acrylic set that wasn't done the best but the other 3 times make up for that. I have had a different lady do my nails each visit, but Angela did my latest fill and I have never been more in love with my nails. I will continue to get my nails done here!

Very pleasant experience here. I went in around 10AM on a Wednesday and was helped right away. Vivian gave a great Deluxe Pedicure and was very gentle with the hot stones and paraffin wax. She was careful with the polish and my toes turned out great. Amy did an awesome job on my ombre acrylic nails. She really took the time to properly prep the nail and what I appreciated the most was that she checked to make sure she filed evenly and smoothly across the acrylic so there were no bumps (a problem I've had at every other salon). I even was given a shoulder massage while my nails cured in the lamp. Not to mention they used tools only from a brand new sealed package (which should be done every where but unfortunately isn't always the case in other salons). All in all the people here were great in every way. This is my new go to salon. Will be back for sure.

This place is incredible. It’s peaceful and they pay very close attention to details. I use to go to a place where the ladies were constantly on their phones talking loud and yelling back and forth to each other, you could never relax. The service was always inconsistent but North Lake experience is always the same. They get busy but try and always accommodate walk ins. 5 stars!! Thank you!

I have tried all nail salons in lake Steven's this salon blows the others out of the water! Very relaxing experience and instead of shellac the lady offered the powder dip, 10000000000000× better than shellac. Lighter and lasts so much longer. Usually not a fan of massages but this place changed that for me! Very happy with my experience this place is and will be my only "GO TO" FOR MY NAILS!!

Stopped by for a mani/pedi about 3:30PM on a weekday. There were several other customers in the shop at the time, but I was seated right away and a technician started on my nails shortly after.
The shop was very clean and the technician were nice. However, it has been 5 days since I had my nails done and my shellac manicure is already chipping. I would expect better quality for the price.
