Will was the one who did my nails. They were a complete mess too. He did amazing job and also walked around with me to pick out the color.
April: she waxed my eyebrows. I am so picky about my eyebrows and I can 100% say she was nothing short of AMAZING!! I’m so happy with my 1st experience at CoCo nails that I can’t wait to go back. I won’t be going anywhere is. THIS IS MY PLACE!!!!!

My biggest pet peeve is walking into a business and someone who comes in behind me getting service first. I was greeted, told to get my color, and while I was looking someone came after me and she was greeted and told “pick your color then go to chair 5”. By this time I was sitting in the waiting area chairs. I went up to the man who had greeted me and said “would you like me to go to a chair?” Without looking up he said “sit next to her” (the lady who came in after me and had been directed to a chair). I haven’t had my pedicure yet but I can tell you I’ll never be back.

My mom just got her nails done here and she asked what was in the powder and the guy told her, “oh, don’t worry about it. It’s fine.” And laughed about it! DO NOT COME HERE!

I picked out a color and showed it to a worker who went and got the dip color and gave it to my nail tech, you cannot tell what dip will look like till the end and I noticed there appeared to be some sparkles in it and I didn’t pick out a color that had sparkles in it. I made mention of it. And he passed it off to that I must not have noticed them in the color I choose.
When he adding the gloss coat, I was sure it wasn’t the color I picked out. He said it was, and I went over and brought over the color I picked out and asked if this was the color he put on and he said no. Started blaming me for picking the wrong color out. Raising his voice at me in front of a full store and arguing with me and showing the client next to me how clearly they were different reds. I was mortified, I’ve never been great like that by a nail technician before in my life.
Finally the manager came over and told me he’d redo my nails out of his own pocket and that I needed only to pay for the first set off nails.
I said it’s fine. It was just a mistake. And he kept reiterating that yes I made a mistake and picked out the wrong color. (!)
I couldn’t believe I was being blamed for the worker who choose the wrong color dip in the first place. Anyone who does dip knows it’s hard to see the true color till the end.
All I was hoping for was top coat color correction or at least a discount for the mistake they had made.
He was very rough and at times sloppy, unprofessional, dismissive and extremely rude.
I do not normally write a review unless it’s a good one, but today I write this in hopes this situation is not repeated to another person.

My first time going. The lady's were nice and a couple of the guys were too. But the guy that did my nails was very rough he mutterd the whole time to his self. And I have had trouble with my nails growing weird and causing ingrown toe nails. I do not plan to go back. I never do google review or like talking bad at anyone but this is ridiculous.
