I’d like to say they do a good job.
I’ve been to a couple of other nearby places, and since they weren’t as familiar with the shape of my head and what I wanted, they weren’t able to deliver the results that Tom usually does.
However, it’s been irritating to constantly have to wait, even with an appointment.
I have called and despite confirming a time, had to wait an addition hour.
I have done drop-ins, waited the 25 minute wait time, and then an another 45min-1 hours.
It’s ridiculous especially since they never say what the person in front is doing (coloring vs a simple trim).
I have been a great, understanding customer for a long time, but it’s very disappointing because of the lack of communication or respect for their customers.

Awesome I've gotten a hair cut there my Grandma has and so has our friends and families got hair cuts there they have nice little shops set up during holidays and they have shampoo and everything you need they dye your hair they cut it and they let you use electronics during haircuts If you please and they are so careful that no hair gets on my phone I definitely recommend this
