I use to Only get my nails done here & it was amazing. When I came to visit this time a man & woman that I've never used before did my nails & my friends. They quite literally did not listen to a word we said. She wanted French tip on her real nails and they did acrylic, I wanted gel and fake nails & he started trying to paint my real nails til I told him what I actually wanted. I had to guide him in all of his mistakes and they still came out looking like a bunch of thumb nails. Then Jack tried telling me that I should have told the guy when I clearly had told him multiple times. We still had to pay full price and they charged my friend more for acrylics she didn't want because she's never gotten her nails done before so she didn't know the difference. They left air bubbles in her nails as well. Completely AWFUL service. If you are going to go there only let Jack or his ex wife do them and make sure you micro-manage them so they actually listen! Also, the guy didn't even take the product all the way up my nails so it already looks like I need a fill. Jack said he would give me a discount next time but I will never go back there.

Have finally found Miami Nails after several to try many shops. They're so nice and sweetest. Nail work and customer service is top notch. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends/coworkers!

My husband and I got mani/pedi. The manicurists were very clean, careful and precise. We will be going back.
