I went here back in 2016 and thought I left a review but here I am, two and a half years later and I still randomly remember my experience at Thumm’s because it was that memorable. I was riding my bike cross country and can’t remember all the details but everyone there was super nice and made me feel at home. Customer service means a lot to me because I’ve worked mostly retail and when you get service like that it stays with you in the best way. I highly recommend going here!

Took my bike in for a tune up and they were very accommodating, turnaround was quick and bike is like new now! Highly recommend taking your bike in for service if you haven’t had it done in a while! Auggie and the crew are all great, very helpful! Support local businesses!

Great people and very knowledgeable! Purchased 2 bikes from this place in the past and it is a great place to get a bike. Such a great positive business for Warren!
