great location, however i DO NOT recommend going to Swathi - she's late, all about herself, disrespectful AND expensive. i would consider going back but NOT with her

Horrible experience at this place. Their hairdresser swathi was 30 mins late to my appointment - apparently she has nothing else to do and wakes up at noon, to the dismay of her clients who are waiting for her patiently , many of whom are busy doctors like myself. These people have NO respect for your time. So if U have plans, a life and a job, don't come here because u WILL be late for whatever u have scheduled. She also started ripping my hair out when styling, styles my extensions wrong, gave me major attitude, and says she's "the best in LA". Ha! She even dares to call me later today, to say she got "bad vibes" from me and is giving me a refund. Maybe u felt that way cuz u just rolled out of bed 5 mins ago! I said ok. She then proceeds to tell me that she will not be refunding me, bc she feels as tho she did an "ok" job. Yeah right. Never coming here again 👎🏻
