They do great nails but the nail techs are rude. Customer service needs a lot of improvement. Iv been handled and talked to very rudely here twice. They do it to a lot of women here but I’m vocal about someone being rude to me so I call it out and that’s why iv had two issues here. Wouldn’t have been a issue if I just let them talk to me rudely. Also when u come in they will tell you to pick your color and they have a wall of regular polish but do not pick regular polish I repeat do not pick it because they will really be rude to you lol they only want to do your nails if it’s gel or color acrylic. They will try to talk you out of it and when you insist on it they will act like it’s the end of the world and tell u if u want rhinestones or anything els with the regular polish u can’t get it. I been getting regular polish and rhinestones since before time. They say it don’t last long on regular polish but isn’t that for me to worry about? They try to yell at you also. They also do lashes here with nail glue. I’ve had the same lashes in for a month and they won’t come off and they hurt like hell trying to get them off. And they are overpriced. My sister asked for a full set short nails with no polish because she polish her own nails at home and they told her $65 😳. Something like that use to be $25-$35 at the most right? Your just putting the tip on at that point and that’s almost $70??

I had not been there for a while and going back was great. Jackie is a awesome and beautiful lady, she does great work. She will always ❤ be my nail tech

I was overcharged on my credit card- only a couple bucks, but still... how do you mistake 45 for 50? I knew I shouldn't have gone back. I was there one other time before they did away with the razors. The lady giving my pedicure took the razor to the side of my foot where there weren't any callouses and gave me a nice deep cut. She tried putting some alcohol on it, and I screamed out in pain. Everyone turned to see what was going on. I was offered an apology and then the bill for the full amount of my pedicure.

Did a great job on my eye brows and nail as they made sure that I was comfortable.
