So my daughters and their friends spent almost 4 hours in here. There are not have enough qualified people obviously to run an efficient business. I was very disappointed with the attitude of the tattooed girl who seems to have a mouth and doesn’t need to work with public if this is the best she can do. If people were not overbooked and more organized maybe things would go better ladies! I guess living in Nashville we are use to a bit more professionalism and work ethic. Also the nail polishes are not good quality... they are thinner and not the quality that companies listed on the bottles usually produce. Very disappointed...

Husband and I arrived at 11am for pedicures, signed in but wasn't told how long it would be. Sat there for an hour and saw other customers get served even though they came in after us. Finally taken to the seats to let our feet soak, sat there "soaking" for 30 minutes without anyone starting on us. We walked out due to poor service. We've been to places that had more customers than this place did and yet those other places were quicker and better at service.

Terrific pedicure! Courteous and friendly technicians. The service is quick and prices are reasonable.
