the only reason i put 4 stars was for Allie/Ellie & Tammy. I sat down at 3pm & now leaving at 7:15. my total was $173 for nails, pedi, & eyebrows and i watched other people with the same services leave 2 hours before i did. I’m extremely disappointed because time is of the essence. Also, the girl in the front started to rush all guest to close out tab before services were completed. Maybe there should be a new front desk customer representative. (nails were $100 alone so i was told) (toes white gel $58) (eyebrows $15) (4hours is insane)

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I’ve had 2 issues with this nail salon!
The first time my nail broke in less than a week and they sent me away and told me they couldn’t fix it without me paying to get a fill in.
The second issue was today. I was talking to the lady that did my nails less than a week ago showing her 5 nails that have chipped and asking her to just polish them (with no designs). I pay $150+ every time I go every 2-3 weeks and support this business with my sister and mother and they would not honor re-polishing my nails. I kindly told them they would loose a lot of business and decided to write a review instead of getting more upset about the lack of customer service. DO NOT GO HERE!

I had a great experience here with Linda. The dip color I chose turned out to be much more orange than the sample. I was going to a wedding and the color was not what I wanted but I hate making extra work for people. Linda was so nice and redid my entire hand in a brand new color for me. She also did a great job with a tiny design on my nails. She made me feel really comfortable and I left with the perfect nails. Highly recommend.

Disgusting. I was charged an extra $10 for long length, but my nails are medium. The damp towels smelled of mildew. I had to ask nail tech to remove it. She was entirely too rough with my hands and skinned me with the drill twice. She didn’t add nearly enough acrylic on my nail bed, my tips are loose and almost bendy. A waste of $60 for a basic gel
full set. GO ELSEWHERE!!

My fingers was cut really bad at my cuticle. I a man in construction and get my hands and feet done once a month. I went here because it was close to my job. It’s been 5 days and my nail still looks like this. They didn’t even offer my a discount. Instead they pressured me for tip. Pic attached
