My girlfriend & I were walk ins. I got a gal named Jasmine who was wonderful but my girlfriend got a gal named Tiffany who never made eye contact with her and when she hurt her the first time my friend said "ouch" clearly, but Tiffany did not reply. When she hurt her again my friend said "hey, that's the second time you've hurt me. Can you please be more careful?" Tiffany replied with a grunt. My friend said "I'll take that as a yes." But then Tiffany said something like 'If your nails weren't so long I wouldn't have to hurt you' I watched my friend struggle to not say another word to Tiffany because I know she wanted to say... if my nails weren't long I wouldn't need to be here. But she sat quietly as I got a nice massage and she got a brief rub down, like you'd pet a dog! Mind you Tiffany never looked or spoke directly to us. Her experience was not worth the $28. she was charged! So word to the wise, don't use Tiffany if you go there.
