bad work Bad costumer service They worked my nails for me but did not last for four days. They also did it horribly today when I went to them and told them to do it to me in a good and beautiful way and to fix it. One of the workers told me that she would fix it, but she lied when I waited her two hours and when I asked her how long I will waiting she told me that Dates to 11 pm.....

They stole my hat. I made an appointment at 9 because I had work at 10:15 and they had me waiting for half an hour so I thought I'd just go get Starbucks since I was waiting so long which was pretty annoying as it was so I decided to leave my hat & go get Starbucks, when I came back it was gone and when I asked where it was they kept telling me I didn't bring one when I know I brought it and the only other time I went the wait was super long and the job was really bad, the acrylics were thick and bulky and fell off within the week, I only came a second time because It was the closest place to my work but I would rather just wait until after my shift and go get a good job. This place is definitely not recommended.

Dirty ... No air conditioning! Lots of people work here. The bowl looked dirty and I made them clean it before we started... Needed a pedi in a pinch... Will not return

I've heard great things about Fashion Nails and Spa and I must say that I am loving my nails! There a few things that bothered me about my experience, but I have no complaints regarding the services I received. I arrived around 1pm on a Wednesday and the salon was pretty packed to my surprise. I waited around 30 minutes to be serviced, which I'm not complaining about seeing as how I took my chances as a walk-in. I asked for an eyebrow wax ($10), a pedicure ($18-spa), and a full set ($22). The esthetician was so quick and gentle! The best waxing experience I've ever had, although the result was just decent. My pedicure was also enjoyable, just wish it would have been in one of those relaxing spa chairs instead of using the basic foot tub during my acrylic application (I'm assuming this service is cheaper). *Here's where they lost the fifth star in my rating: I specifically asked for an acrylic full set with natural tips ($22). The nail tech claimed to not have natural tips and instead suggested an off white powder for a natural look. To me it sounded an awful lot like a pink and white full set ($32) so I asked just to be sure if the service was the same price as what I requested and was told yes, so I proceeded. She also applied a gel top coat (usually $4 extra) to finish off the look and I thought..All for $22? Well, Okay! WRONG! my total came to $60 which does not add up. Typically I would have fought to the death over the discrepancy in price, especially since I had asked and was told different BEFORE hand, but I'm so satisfied with my service that I considered it a treat to myself...THIS time. I'll definitely go back, I'll just take even more precautions to make sure they're not giving me a more expensive service that I DID NOT ask for. -Side Note: I know of the service prices because I called in advance to ask. They also take debit cards, however there is a $1 charge. I have no issue with the charge, but once again I was not notified of the charge even though I asked over the phone before my arrival to the salon.
