This shop is clean, no long waiting bc they have many employees. I showed a picture of nail art and the owner did a fabulous job

the tech I had wasn't very friendly and didn't fully listen to what I asked for. seemed to blow me off and do what she assumed I wanted. the top layer on the gel mani was applied so heavily it has made the tips of my nails much fatter then the base...once it was set, bubbles started to appear from the excessive amount used. they don't wrap the polish around the tip to prevent peeling so my mani will not last the full 2 weeks as it has already started lifting... price was average.

When I came to get my eyebrows done for prom they staff took 30-50 minutes to get to me, even though there was staff doing nothing in the back. The lady completely butchered my eyebrows. I asked to keep them thick and she did them thin. I had to fill my eyebrows in. Today I came for acrylic nails. They took me right away. The man who did my nails made me pay before he finished which made me uncomforable. Other than that I have no complainants

Management could use training. I believe this shop takes in more customers than it can handle out of the greed of money. I have been left sitting with my feet in water for over an hour. The pedicure experience is meant to be a relaxing experience. Here it is rushed with some things not being done or not done properly. I have been cut and smiled at after realizing there was blood. In Addison, when is it ok to talk in your native language when your customers do not speak the language.
