SNS nails falling off after 5 days, the rest off by day 10 - supposed to last a month. That was a waste of $45. Save your money and get a regular or gel manicure. Charged me almost $20 to take off the last 2 SNS nails and replace with gel polish - what BS!

Won't ever go here again. The staff is very rude. When I was ready to pay $75, they were looking at how much tip i was adding and demanded that I pay more tip. I paid the tip for the type of service I received which was below average. Instead of thanking and appreciating the business I gave them, they started making comments about me in different language with other colleagues. They have no idea how many nail shops are in the area. I don't need that type of experience. The owner needs to give employees some training on customer service.

Nina is unprofessional. I would ensure her supplies and utensils are appropriate for use based on how things were handled during my visit
