A picture is worth a 1000 words. Wedding Ready! Great customer service, you may have to wait but the wait is worth it! Been my go to for 2 years now.

So I asked for what I wanted done I told them to hold on so that I could get the picture for them so that they could get an idea of how I want my nails they still proceeded to do my nails and I'm sitting here saying hold on so I can show you the picture if you don't have that design that's fine I will go elsewhere he said he's trying to get me to get a design and nails that I do not want but I still have to pay for their very rude their disrespectful and they don't never have to worry about me again

Lynn was unprofessional do not go to her, rude service and behavior. Cuts you off while speaking and asking for assistance. If you want quality service do not go to HER I would suggest going to Hi or Nikki if you want kind professional service

Zero stars. I don't even know where to begin. This was only my second time coming to this nail salon and both experiences were horrible. I only went back the second time because my mother insisted on getting her nails done on that day and the salon I typically go to had no available appointments. I'm going to start with the fact that they have zero customer interaction. I have no problem with them speaking in their native tongue to communicate, however, when the only communication coming from them is their language and no English, it makes me wonder if they are talking about customers. Another customer and I were actually talking about this while getting our nails done. Another issue was the fact that I had gel polish on my nails and instead of soaking the polish off with acetone to preserve my nail, they went straight to shaving the polish off using the electric filer, which brings me to my second issue. The electric filer, nor any of the other tools they used on me were sanitized, nor new. I watched them go straight from using it on my nails to using it on a customers feet. It already had shavings on it when it came to me so I'm wondering if it was used on someone's feet. They only had one available at that time. The salon I typically go to uses brand new tools fresh out of the plastic pack (Black owned salon btw) and they soak the polish off to preserve my nail. I wasn't going to do a bad review until I woke up this morning and 5 of my natural nails have splits on the side and I now have to clip them off to prevent further injury. Lets not forget that the first time they did my nails, they used a cheap polish (oh and they used that same polish to redo my nails when I complained and went back) which made my nails look very lumpy and cheap. I complained and went back two days later and the lady seemed upset and was very rough with my hands and again, used the shaving tool to shave the polish off of my nails instead of acetone. Due to the constant shaving of my natural nail, 5 of them have broken off and I have very long natural and healthy nails. This has never happened at the salon I typically go to. I am so frustrated that I now have to start over growing my nails. Ohhhhh and I forgot to mention the fact that, again, because they filed my nail polish off the first time using the machine, my nails were so brittle that one cracked before I could return to them to redo it. The nail tech used acrylic to cover the crack -___- . I also didn't like the fact that the nail tech continued to TELL me that I had overlay on my nails when I explained to her several times that I've never had overlay on my nails. We literally went back and fourth as I explained to her the nail salon I typically go to uses a very good quality nail polish. I will never return to this salon again and if you need a recommendation, I would suggest going to Elevation nail salon. They don't do acrylic but they take very good care of my nails and ensure healthiness and that to me is more important.

Worst experience ever! Do NOT go to this nail salon. We were from out of town and gave this place a try. They owner was so rushed and rude. She didn't take pride in her work and it was anything but relaxing. I had to complain multiple times. Way overpriced. My feet are still rough. Their massages were PITIFUL...like 20 seconds a leg. If you want to be happy with your experience stay far, far away fromthis salon!!!
