Super friendly staff and they greet you by name at the front desk. I can only speak for my hairstylist but I have had nothing but good experiences! Kate is great with color and is really good at working with you to achieve the right cut for your type of hair. I'm so happy I found her! The salon is always clean (and now newly renovated) and the snacks and coffee/ teas available are a nice bonus. Highly recommend!

Beautiful salon. Carla is amazing. She will only do what will look best and her cuts are super professional because they grow in just as pretty. Highly recommend

I had my hair done here for my son's wedding. They did a really good job. I had my hair curled all over and it looked so nice. I received many compliments on my hair that day. The staff was friendly and attentive. I don't live in the area but if I did I would go there all the time!

Kate did a fantastic job with a Keratin treatment. Everyone was very nice. Great front desk staff, too.

All time favorite place to get my haircut! Every stylist I have tried is amazing and I am never dissapointed. I no longer live in the Cleveland area but I always make an appointment when I am in town!
