Two friends, Cindy and Ven run this one in Hilo Shopping Center. They did a decent job on my pedicure, but definitely had better. Do NOT go there for a wax. Before getting the wax, I asked if they had a cover to wrap me in because I had pants on. Cindy said yes. I got to the back area where they wax and she told me to take off my clothes and didn't even leave the area, and handed me a small washcloth to cover. At first a was very uncomfortable, but I got over it as I'm used to my friends waxing me and not having any pants in. Because she was a stranger and I was in her shop, this was weird and uncomfortable. The wax started out okay but she was having me hold my legs in positions that were hurting and cramping my muscles. When it was time to flip, she didn't put the table head rest flat down and rather I was fighting to resist strain in my neck, I was plopped up. Then i get home to find she missed a bunch of patches. All over. I went back the next day to have them fix it and they told me to come back the next day at 330. I forgot to mention that first day I was there, I waited 45 Minutes before service... once 15 minutes passed when I went back for the fix, I LEFT. They had just begun pedicures on other customers even though they had me schedule an appointment at 330... they told me it would be fast, but if I didn't leave after 15 minutes I guarantee would have sat there for atleast 30. Waist of time, waist of money !!

The ladies are the best on island! I almost didn't want to review them because I don't want them to become any busier! My manicure french tips lasted two weeks.

I had the worst experience ever do not go to them !!! This lady Roxy dis my nails I did fake nails with gel by the time I left I spent 92.81 almost 100 and every nail came out lumpy and none of them matched...
I told her before I left I was unhappy and I would be back when I was free again. So I called a week and call later and the gentlemen who answered the phone said "oh yes I remember that was a ling time ago we see what we can do" I felt as if they think I was looking for a free B because I didn't go right back in well to be honest I had no free time until then so I called I didn't know I had a time frame it's really simple my nails came out horrible!! And they needed to fix it I payed $$$$$$$ for something my niece could have done better so never ever ever again will I ever go back to angle nails.

Bad experience. It just went wrong from the start. I'm not from the area so I called in advance to ask if they do dipping. She said yes so I made an appt & drove an hour. I arrived a couple minutes early. I was treated like I was an inconvenience & the nail tech sighed loudly when she had to get out of the spa chair. I told her what I wanted & what was already on my nails. She was very irritated about having to take the current gel off. She kept asking me questions about who did my nails & why it was done the way it was. I tried to explain but it was clear that she wasn't really interested, she was just complaining. At first I thought it was a communication issue & she didn't understand my accent, but I realized way too late that it was her way of getting out of doing what the customer wanted. She used questions to manipulate me into getting different gel than I asked for. It not only doesn't protect your nails, it ruins them. They didn't even last 3 days. Now my nails are trashed. I have to cut them all off and regrow them out. I'm very disappointed.
