They are not on my top list of nail salons in dtla, but I will say they actually do a pretty good job on a manicure and pedicure. I have gotten a full set and it was beautifully done, but my all my nails came off in less than a week and I was mad as hell after paying about $140 for nails, feet and eyebrows to be done. Overall, if you want basic stuff this is a good place to go. If you like creative designs you won’t find it here.

Customer service is beyond what I have experienced at other places. They go beyond and above to make you happy. They offered to fix them, which is nice of them because they wanted a second chance. I didn't do Gel extension as I don't think it's for me but was happy with the outcome. Thank you Lambert!!

I’m very satisfied with the service, Kathy did an amazing job on my nails! I also purchased a few hair products and skincare. Large selection of high quality products. I definitely will be back to try the eyelash extensions too! Highly recommended :)!

I’m originally not from LA so i went here to get my nails done while on a week trip here (because i couldn’t get them done before i left Pittsburgh). Well let me just start by saying, the girl who did mine was not friendly at all, didn’t smile once but i was so happy at the end because my nails needed done so bad and it looked so good, so i thought... one week later my actual nails are coming apart from the acrylic and my thumb nail acrylic chipped off above my actual nail. I’ve never in my life had this problem. I’m actually concerned with the ladies of LA getting their nails done here because this can cause serious infection risk and bacterial growth. Such a shame i gave the girl a good tip.. thank god i live in PA.

Very clean and everyone is so friendly. My favorite nail salon so far. The women that did my nails full set and pedicure did an amazing job! Extremely satisfied with everything.
