Called for 11 am appt on Sunday for 2 pedicures, Kim took appointments, drove from Southside of Aiken to find shop does not open until noon. Will never use da-Vi NIls again, they lost 2 good customers!

went for an eyebrow waxing and this is the first time ive gotten my skin peeled off along with my eyebrows, so there is that. ended up flinching when she did the first strip and was told "dont do that. oh my goood" which was totally an appropriate way to talk to a customer. the only benefit is that i learned a little life lesson about being cheap. "you get what you pay for" i guess.

I will never get my nails done there again. The man had an attitude because he messed up my nails then blamed my skin for the reason why they looked bad. He also snatched my hand around forcefully. They were disrespectful because i had my child with me and told me to come back when i didn't have any kids.
