I don't want to give her any stars! The owner was rude very rough on my hands did not do my manicure the correct way!! I went in for a manicure plus gel polish on my real nails she put 3 coats and shaped my nails all the wrong shapes I still had extra skin from my bad manicure and I came back 2 days later because they chipped and guess what yes another coat !! No refund or fix!! She did not smile the vibe I got from her was not at all good!! I never leave bad reviews but I do not want anyone spending their hard earned money with her she does not value what she does or the people who come there!!!

I had a HORRIBLE experience. My gel nails came off two days after they were done. They cracked within an hour and were really really thick. My pedicure wasn't done correctly and the pedicure water was NOT clean. Other people skin and polish were floating in it. I asked if the tools were sanitized and she said yes. They were NOT. There was other people skin left on them. She sprayed them with alcohol in front of me. I will NEVER go back there. The place was dirty, not sanitized, and clutter was everywhere. If you want to pay full price for nails, go somewhere else.

Very disappointed with with this place. I never get pedicures. I do them my self. This time I was very tired and decided to treat myself. Well the pedicure was so fast I still had dead skin, nails were not cleaned well, my feet were not rub at all, the nail polish was old and she didn't paint my toes right . I told her just take this polish off and I will do my own feet. At the end she said is $30. I told her but you didn't even paint my toes. Do not go here. HORRIBLE! !

Needed my nails done really bad so I decided to stop here since I was already in the mall shopping. Had to wait 15 mins before getting any service and I was the only customer in the nail salon. The lady charged me $45 for a fill in w/gel polish (so overpriced). The very next day my gel started to peel of two of my nails. Called and asked if I could come in and get my nails repolished and was told I would have to pay although I was just there within the last 24hrs. Horrible, horrible, horrible, service...please don’t go here!

I honestly wished I could rate this 0 stars but that is not an option. I have come here two years ago for my first time getting my nails done. Not really knowing the difference between better nails I didn't know. I came again not remembering how bad my nails were. I got acrylic nails with french tips which costed me 35 dollars exactly as it was on their price board. I also did pay for my mother's mani pedi which was 60 dollars, which was not the price on the price board (45) Nancy (the owner) told us that would be part of the tip. We did not offer a tip yet and she decided to raise the price of my mother's mani pedi as a tip. While my mother was getting her pedicure the water was dirty and had dead skin and polish in it. My mother asked the man if she could have clean water and he said, "don't worry it is clean." He scrubbed of my mother's skin until it was red and a little bit bleeding. Then my mother went to Nancy to get her nails painted. The nail polishes were very old and liquidy, Nancy painted them very fast and sloppy and they were barely visible. My mother had asked for another coat but Nancy said she will charge extra 5 dollars. So we didn't get an extra coat. Then, it was my turn to get my nails done, she did not measure my nails and made the acrylics too big that they hurt. She was filing my nail too rough, it was very painful and my skin started to bleed. She noticed that they were bleeding and said I have to bear it. She did not push my cuticles back and the next day they looked like they needed to get redone. My nails were bleeding a lot. In the middle of my manicure, she asked me to pay. I had gotten a french tip but she charged me an extra ten dollars for it. (The price on the board was five dollars, she said the extra five dollars would be a tip) After she finished my nails, I had to get them dried, her drying machine was full of dust and not cleaned. The whole time she was waiting for me to get out. She said very rudely, (Are you done now?!) I HIGHLEY DO NOT RECOMMEND, this place is filthy, rude, and justs wants your money.
