If I could give 0 stars I would. Wasted my time by getting a letter of intent signed by my employer so that they could assist me with my certifications. NO HELP AT ALL! The career coach never answers the phone. Neither does the front office. Wasted my whole day today. I called beforehand and they told me to be there by 3. I arrive at 2:10. I sign in and they said they can’t assist me today even though I just got off the phone with someone telling me to come today. Then I sit in the waiting room until I got impatient and had to ask another clerk for assistance. He was no help at all either and by the time all of this was over I just gave up ripped up my letter of intent and walked away. I can afford my certifications myself this center is bogus they say they can help you out but they don’t and the clerks have horrible service.

I had such high hopes. Spent weeks waiting to take their mandetory classes and to get a job counselor. All for nothing. They knew not 1 thing about where to look for work and were unfriendly. The whole thing was worse than doing nothing! I was depressed after going there and wasting so much time and energy.

This place doesn't deserve any rating, horrible service, and very rude. Noone seems to answer the phones maybe its because they're all on facebook and Instagram talking about the people that come in and ask for help. They love to waste time pretending that they're busy. I would not recommend this place.

OneStop Career Center has disappointed me. I might have to leave those people alone for good. So the temporary counselor, Howard Castle fills in for Paul Gamble because he retired, so after that, I let Howard know what I want to do to make money, so I tell him Warehouse Fulfillment jobs. What does he do? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING for eight months since March. So two months later, Howard is replaced by Jennifer O'Kefee. She makes me wait 2 months just to take some Vocab Assessment and the Assessment itself asks me irrelevant questions like where would I like to work at, AFTER I told these people where I wanted to work. So on December 19, Jennifer schedules a meeting with me to go over some paper work that talks about my skill levels and interests, and I don't see Warehouse ANYWHERE on there. And Finally, on that same day, she tells me the only thing I can do is to start at Opportunity Village at $8.25 per hour. OPPORTUNITY VILLAGE of all places! I asked her "Well since I have to start out at $8.25, can I at least start out with Bi-weekly pay?" She replies to me, "There IS no bi-weekly pay". I asked "Well can I at least start out with full time??" She answers "There IS no full time". So I said "Yeah I'll just find Nevada Job Connect instead". She did give me that option too. And I have a friend who said to me she lied to me because there ARE full-time and bi-weekly jobs in Opportunity Village. So there you have it, that's 10 months of my life wasted because of One Stop's shady job agency intentions summed up by me. So forget them. Nevada Job Connect could be my last hope.

This place loves to make you wait, even when the place is empty. They will also try their hardest to not fund any training that you may need. If you're unemployed and desperately need work find somewhere else to go.
