The guy there is very rude his customer service is terrible. In addition, taking of my acrylics with him was extremely painful and even when I told him it was hurting he removing it with force. Make sure if your doing any removal you come with cash because they don’t accept card for anything less than 15.

Loved their professionalism and they are really good at manicure, polishing, and filling. I highly recommend it!

I went in to get a gel manicure. I picked out the color I wanted but the lady in charge changed it completely to a hot pink and told me that color was better. When I confronted her about it she said it was the same one I picked out. It most definitely was not the neutral pink I had decided on. The manicurist was very detailed oriented but if I wanted them to choose my color for me, I would have said so.

I had a broken nail. I called and was happy they could fit me in. I just wanted my nail fixed, they kept talking me into a fill. I just got one and needed my nail fixed. They fixed it, but didn't shape the nail properly it totally looks deformed. I could tell that because I wasn't getting a full set, she didn't care to put the time in to do my nail correctly..
