Two young ladies at the Burton help desk were so very kind to put together the fan I bought. I was taking it to my sister who had open heart surgery the week before. When I mentioned this, they went above and beyond so I was able to leave the store with it fully ready for my sister to use. Thank you so very much ladies!! I really appreciate what you did for our family!

The staff was very kind and very helpful! I told the service desk associates what I was looking for, and they were happy to help me find the items. They even had suggestions for alternatives that would save me some money. I wish everyone got the same awesome customer service I did.

Always have what I need when I visit. Prices are good and I never have had to wait in a long line to checkout, it's always quick. Staff are always friendly and helpful. The App is also really good. I love that you can search for what you need and the app will tell you what aisle and "bay" it's located in and will even tell you how many they have in stock. It's one of the best shopping apps I've ever seen.

Friendly employees... Decent prices think home depot has them beat by a little. Just not a huge fan of the layout.

The best and the worst customer experiences I have ever had came from this store. Had a roof installed - everything was smooth and easy. Had two exterior doors installed. The salesman was a nightmare, but the doors have been great and installation was excellent and timely. Purchased carpeting for three bedrooms and a stairway- again easy from start to finish. (The ladies in carpeting are awesome!) And then came 2018. I had a kitchen and two bath remodels designed at a $25,000+ cost (Kami was incredibly professional and very very helpful). My understanding was that work would take two days and begin in March. The epic saga is too much to go into, but I had to fire the initial contractor due to extreme unprofessional behavior and inconsistent competance. There's a humdinger of a tale there! I am now SIX MONTHS out, no one has been in my home to work since April. I also haven't had sinks in either bathroom since April. Every single aspect of this job was unbelievably terrible. Granite cracked due to something called "quarry fill" in which a crack in the slab at the quarry was cracked and filled in. The counters were perfect and beautiful until day 13 following installation, when a crack appeared on two sides of the kitchen (same slab). All parties involved didn't care and told me that it was a risk I took when I bought granite. I absolutely agree except for the fact that a defect was hidden by what looks like a slightly shady practice but is apparently "standard industry practice". Absolutely no one would help me until I finally reached out to Cosentino directly and got a warranty claim started (an answer was to be returned within 3 weeks, but we are now 6 weeks out. The rep assures me that corporate headquarters in Spain is working on it and I should receive a response soon). I am not holding my breath. In desperation I reached out to corporate. That's when the minimal progress being made came to a screaching halt. It took TWO MONTHS for corporate to sign off on the new contractor's bid to finish the job. A series of misconceptions and miscommunications on corporate's part has led to so many delays- and since all the materials are still not ready, I don't envision the jobs finished until October. That would be 8 months after ordering the kitchen. And of course, all payment was upfront. I also ordered a Pella patio door. This was a $3000 door. Service in millwork was a clown show. The wrong door was ordered and employees at the store wanted the door installed anyway. The installers and I insisted that the correct door be ordered. Very long story short, the door ordered and paid for in February was installed in July. There were issues that needed to be resolved regarding several charges for the door that needed to be refunded (I was informed that I would have to wait until the installation was completed before those charges could be reversed, but the customer service representative I worked with is never available to take a call and never returned multiple calls or emails. Once the installation was finished, they refused to provide further assistance. I could probably get it if I go to the store and wait hours for someone in millwork to be available and then assist me. And the installer took 3 tubes of caulk I paid for and would like to return, but unless I go into the store and sacrifice hours of my life, they refuse to assist me. We had planned to have new siding installed and new flooring installed in the basement but Lowes will never get another penny from us. This store is a mess. And don't expect assistance from management - if the return a call at all, one will be told that some kind of research must be done and they will call you back. Of course, that never happens.
