I will never return to this place, I do not recommend it. The atmosphere is dirty, just remember the experience makes me want to mourn how bad it came out with a poorly made manicure. I was waiting for more than an hour and a half for a shellac French manicure, I was expecting a perfect manicure, but what I got was a terrible bad job, I did not get out of it because it was too late to be able to Do my manicure in another place. I did shellac manicure in other places and they last me up to 3 weeks, but this manicure does not last a day. Maybe they use some cheap polish, I do not know but I'm very sad because of my nails. In other saloons I have never put my nails for more than two minutes, but there, they wanted me to dry them in the LED lamp more than 5 minutes and several times. That is crazy! My previous Shellac in another place was wonderful, but this is a shame. The woman who made my manicure, was very stingy with the enamel, put a point of gel and passed the brush many times, just remember the scene, I lose patience. The price is the same as in some salons but the quality of service TERRIBLE, because if you do not have experience, accept to do a French manicure. I was the last client to leave and it seemed that she was in a hurry. If I had known that she was in a hurry, I would never have accepted the appointment. It was a waste of time and money. In spite of the many add-ons they tell their clients while they are doing their manicur3, it does not cover all the bad work. one pays for a good manicure service, no payment to receive supplements. I will attach a picture of my previous manicure so you can see the big difference.

I have been going to this salon for years since I was 14 years old. Today was the most outrages and disgusting service I ever received today from Cindy the owner. I was a getting a pedicure from someone new (which was fine with me) until she starting scrapping the dead skin off with no solution (obviously that hurt, it’s bare dry skin). I told the lady who was giving me a pedicure that it hurt bc was scrapping my skin without any solution. She said something to Cindy, resulting in Cindy coming over yelling saying that I’m trying to tell her how to do her job and then if she wants she can tell her stop. I even asked Cindy why was she giving me attitude. Her response back was she was doing this for years and that she will have her stop. So I left. Cindy lost a customer, will never get any service from me again!
FYI: Cindy learn how to speak to your customers. All of the attitude and animosity was unnecessary!

My many experiences at Chex Bella have been nothing short of wonderful! They are the place I turn to when I need to color, cut, and style my hair. I go to them for my manicures, pedicures, eyebrows and they give an amazing facial experience. I have nothing but great things to say about the way they provide service. And to top it off, the services they provide are always done in a friendly, professional manner! I always leave there feeling and looking great!!!
