I went there to get SNS nails. As soon as I sat down the lady started talking me out of it for 5 minutes. And wouldn't stop talking about how bad my nails are.
Moving on she talked me into how great gel nails with more gel polish will look.
The result is a mess I literally wanted to cry.. after spending over 1 hr over there I was charged 65 dollars.

I am very disappointed by this salon. I got a simple manicure with a Viny Lux nail polish. Normally, I am used to paying an additional $2 for the long lasting polish but here it's an additional $5. The simple manicure itself is $10 which is a rip off in itself. I justified this price by telling myself that they will do a good job and it will be worth it. Boy! Was I wrong! First of all, the manicurist I started with rushed through the whole process because she noticed another client walking in. Promptly, she asked for payment for the services (before painting the nails) and then once I gave her $20 which included a $5 tip for her, she got up without saying anything to go assist the other client. Lee who is the owner of this establishment, took over and she couldn't care less about my nails. She was so sloppy that every single one of my nails had polish all over the cuticles. She tried to clean it up by carving the edge of my nail with her long tips. It was very disgusting. Honestly, I go to get my nails done twice a month. I can do a way better job than Lee did and I had to pay good money to look like a 5th grader painted my nails. I felt so disheartened when leaving. I believe that women go to a salon to feel and look better but that's not what you will get here. Do yourselves a favor and spend your money elsewhere. As for Lee, you should stop being so greedy and start treating your customers with a little more respect.

Never going there again. Got a manicure and lee cut my cucitucles and now my finger is infected from it !. GREAT! Shows that they don't sterilize their instruments

While the owner (Lee) did offer my niece (11) a free nail design when they found out it was her birthday but as she started to do my gel manicure and half way through she stopped to take care of money. She took so long to come back to my manicure that the technician that did my niece's nails came over to finish me, while standing up. The owner still had time to insist I needed a matching pedicure and that my eye brows needed attention, why thanks for the insult. My manicure definitely missed a step because they're so sticky and keep getting covered in a film, the gel manicure also is not flat and each nail has a wave running through it. It easily chipped only 24 hours after having it applied. While it was close to my mom's house, I rather drive to go anywhere else.
