I have been coming to this salon since they opened and always get my pedicure and full set/fill in...this time they double charged me claiming the gel nail polish is extra(which was always included) the receptionist, when I mentioned it to her said in a very unprofessional and demeaning tone “are you sure?!” As if I would lie about something like that. The lady that had just checked in expressed that she always gets SNS DIP and they have never double charged her. You have lost a loyal customer who used to recommend you eyes closed.

Looked forward to a relaxing pedicure and manicure. While the place is clean, sanitized, mask required, it was my worst experience ever. One doing pedicure while another one was doing manicure. I was the only one they did it. Having a table on your legs, while he does manicure, while she tells me to put or take feed out of water. Not being able to sit relaxed. Can’t pay attention to two people at same time, while they sign language and don’t speak. My first and last time.

This place is great!! It is the most beautiful and clean nail salon I’ve ever been to. They stand behind their work and go above and beyond for their customers!

Staff was welcoming, and kept their stations neat and clean. Tina did my SNS set and was so sweet. I recommend Nail Gloss Bar! 🙂

Very elegant nail salon and mini spa , great atmosphere although for some reason all their tvs were turned off , Josephine was awesome and provided great service , my wife and I got the couples package with shoulder massage and pedicure, staff was very friendly, thank you!
