This was my first experience at this nail salon. I had previously visited a nail salon and was extremely displeased with what I walked out with.
As soon as I walked into B B Nails I was warmly welcomed from the nails techs. I began to describe what I wanted and she immediately knew what I was talking about!
For what I wanted I needed a new set. She took her time and removed the acrylic from my nails without breaking my already long natural nails. That was the smoothest I had every experienced.
My nails turned out beautiful!! They was so awesome. All the nail techs there have such amazing customer service.
I highly recommend visiting B B Nails. You will not be disappointed.

This salon is excellent! I was recommended by my co worker to check out this nail salon. I've been looking for an affordable nail salon that is high quality and does good nails designs but doesn't cost a ridiculous amount. I just got a gel manicure here and I am very please. The end result was exactly what I wanted. The best nail salon ever. Friendly customer service and professional nail design. They care about customer's needs.
This will definitely be my new regular spot for manicures.

Very happy with all the service i recieved. I got a full set a pedi and my eye brows waxed. My nail tech was Julie an she did an amazing job. Ill definitely be back to see her soon !

I always try to give people, and their business the benefit of the doubt. However, if your gut tells you to not do something, believe it because it is normally on point. I read through alot of the comments before going to this nail salon, and I do realize that some people do not always tell the truth and also over exaggerate. My son gets his haircut at the barbershop next door, so it I decided to give it a try. Anyway, I went in against my better judgement for a pedicure and full set. The pedicure went well for the most part. The problem came when it was time for the Gel full set. The nail tech (older lady) was rude, and talking over me when I was just trying to clarify what I was getting to avoid being overcharged. She got up from the table, and did not even say "Excuse me, I'll be right back". She decided to do someone else's eyebrows and nails. I understand that multitasking is a part of the job, but that kind of behavior was unacceptable. Then, an older male nail tech took over after I sat there for about 10 minutes. He wasn't any better, because he didn't even speak and normally they ask all kind of personal questions. He appeared to be in a rush, and he was careless about applying the powder on my nails. He didn't really bother to smooth out my cuticles hence leaving my nail beds looking raggedy with powder caked on the sides and under my nails. I must say the nail color is beautiful which changes color when it's cold or hot. I should have got this color on my toes too, because the colors don't match, but that's a lesson learned as well. The same lady who was rude while I was awaiting my full set nail application also did my eyebrows. All of sudden she tried to become friendly, and started asking me questions. She probably changed her tone, because I told them I see why they have negative reviews. Not everyone there is rude, and we all have bad days. Irregardless, I paid $83 for subpar work and bad attitudes. I won't be going back.
