I am trying to find a good nail place just for gel shellac. My nails from Layton Nails lasted 3 weeks straight. I went here just to compare, and first off the incense was a little much for a “spa setting”. Also once my nails were completely done she went through and FILED off any ‘bumps’ and imperfection on three of my nails. This completely defeats the purpose of the clear coat. Within 1 week those three nails cracked and peeled. Won’t be back!

Very good service and great practices. They use disposable sanitary liners for their pedicure tubs to add an extra layer of hygiene. They are also very personable.

The only one with any customer service skills is the man. I been here two times before with my 5 yr old kid an I love when the man does her nails. I feel like Michelle is rude but I payed it no mind since her husband was cool. But today is the only time I went when it was busy which should be the time you are professional an respectful nope I felt she was rude to us, other clients coming in. Made an appt ti wait 30mins watched her turn on the water for other clients n walked away she told them put there feet in the water n it was to hot the other lady working there had to adjust the temp. Its ridiculous then when I'm paying Michelle wants to throw a conversation with my 5yr old all of a sudden trying to be friendly to get a tip, no thanks. 1 star for her she should put her husbands name on the sign and step aside let him take over

So tired of listening to Michelle tell people what they need instead of what they want. Simple request like 2 layers of top coat (for extra strength) and she toldme no.... humm, anybody that has done my nails in the past 30 years generally does that without even being asked. Very rude. I hate it when they start speaking foreign language when somebody walks out the door.... I went there many times just out of confidence. No more.
