My best friend and I walked in and were seated within 5 minutes to get gel manicures. The results were stunning & service was fast and thorough. $29 for a gel mani is a great price for me! I’ll be back! 4 stars for service well done! (Excuse my cuticles... I bite them so much 😂 so they were definitely extra work!)
Cons: the instruments are 100% reused (came from a communal box and had visible scuff marks on the buffers and files etc.). Not sterile. I’m in healthcare & work with sterile instruments every day; don’t expect sterile here. Also, my technician wore a latex glove to remove my existing polish, but then removed her glove and didn’t discard it. I’m guessing (& hoping I’m wrong) that she will use that same latex glove with the next client. -1 ⭐️ for these reasons... but pretty common across nail salons so I wasn’t surprised.

There is an old lady, she made me bleed out... and the nail paint came out to be pathetic not smooth at all. very disappointing.

Awful awful. My gel manicure was so rushed. Took 15 min. There’s bumps and bubbles. Worst manicure I’ve ever had in my life. Horrible customer service, too.

Incredible service! First mani-pedi since Covid-19. The space has been transformed with plexiglass hanging over the foot-spa so as she was working there was a barrier between us. For the manicure there were holes in the plexiglass for your arms. I also sprung for the 10' leg massage AND 10' shoulder massage. So totally worth it. Hanna was fantastic! Highly recommend - they are closing the Lauren's up the street, so use this one!
