Tina is the only person I will ever let do my nails. Everyone is there is super friendly. The prices are very reasonable and the service is excellent.

I came in for a deluxe manicure and didn’t even recive regular manicure treatment. First the manicurist put some random lotion on my arms while she finished up another client. Sed “lotion” dried to the point of cracking. She came back and proceeded to attempt to do the salt scrub on top of the cracked lotion substance which wasn’t lubricated enough. So she then put the same oil she used on my cuticles on to my arms so that it was easier to scrub. The “sea salt massage” lasted about 2min. Then I washed my hands. The website CLEARLY states there is a paraffin wax included in the deluxe manicure- the manicurist told me that cost an extra $5. No where on the website does it say it costs an extra $5. I told her this but she didn’t care. For 7 EXTRA dollars than the regular manicure I received no additional special “deluxe” treatment. So disappointing. I didn’t come in just for a polish. I came for the experience of a little pampering which I did not receive at all.

Horrible service by the younger woman named “Tiffany” with the really bad tattooed eyebrows. She did not speak once to my mother, walked away mid pedi did not say a thing and then walked by eating something. When I asked the woman doing my nails if “Tiffany” was coming back she acted as if she didn’t understand what I was asking. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I occasionally use this nail salon however I have been visiting much less frequently recently. It seems that every time I visit the prices have gone up about $5 for every service. A gel manicure and pedicure will run you about $70. In my opinion, those are high end spa prices. The end result of your nails is also very hit or miss depending on who does your nails. The owner and a few select others do a great job but there always a few newer people that can really do a number on your nails. I don’t want to spend $70 just to walk out and feel that it’s wasted.

First time I went I ask for a specific shape of nail and didn’t get it and they were so thick and not shaven down but my feet were done nicely. Second time I went back for a fill in and show another lady a picture again of what I wanted and she said okay and did the complete opposite and still had old paint on there and the new nail never reach my Cuticles. The lady was rushing cause there was a lady waiting for 45 mins to get her toes done.
