As a current client I am happy to say that Odyssey House is literally a lifesaver. They have a caring staff and resources that can really help those who want to help themselves. I'd recommend them to anyone

Anytime you call you will never get through to staff. and if you ever do they are rude and unprofessional. They will never answer their phones or their messages. and they will fail at transferring you to staff 10+ times before they just hang up on you. For a facility based around healthcare and support you would think they would call a hospital back or get a hold of a patient when the U health calls them for an urgent message. your staff if unprofessional and irresponsible. if I could give 0 stars I would cause that's how bad this place is. Thanks for your time.

This program means so much to me. I went through it in 2018 and left just shy of completing it. I was a drug court graduate and thought I had everything figured out. I was wrong. After more trouble with the legal system and realizing I had very little control over my addiction I returned in 2019. I've spent over a year in inpatient treatment all together and roughly 6 months in outpatient in the Voyager program and just recently graduated the program on February 17 2020. It was a lot of work and there were times that I truly didnt think I could do it. But I did. I'm so grateful for the staff and fellow clients I've met while in this program, it's truly changed my life. After treatment they offer a very affordable sober living/ transitional housing that allowed me to save money so I could get my own place and be successful. Enough said. This program is awesome for those willing to put in the work. Thanks odyssey!

My personal experience at the Odyssey House I stayed at was not a good fit for me. I feel personally that their program needs more staff management in ensuring that the clients and lower staff members are treating new clients properly, and that they are ready to move up in levels of their program. So that there is no mistreatment of new clients entering the program, and the success rates goes up for clients who complete, and or graduate their program at Odyssey. At least on the women's side. It seemed as though the men were humble in their recovery, and wanted to see everyone succeed in the program, however I had a much different experience as I was on the women's side of the house. .
