Went to get my nails done last week and staff was okay. I’m at the laundry mat and needed change for $20 and went next door to Rose Nails and they treated me like I was begging for money. Will not be going there again! Sad thing, I was with my son and I couldn’t pop off like I wanted to.

Customer service is terrible, it was my second visit and the nail tech is rude. She demanded I pay her in the middle of doing my nails while I watched other customers pay after they were done. Afterwards she sent me to get my nails dried and never seen her again so I just left. Never will I return there again.

***PLEASE READ**** These people only know how to do mani and pedi! Asked for coffin nails instead got chicken nails for 35$ save your money! I didnt even get a refund i only got half my money back. They also did not buff or do everything normally you see get done to the nails before its done. I had to drive all the way to saginaw to get someone to fix it. Wasted my time and money. There also is no manager. And NO SIGN that says no refunds. Bad business! Not worth the money.
