Couples massage! The worse experience. I mentioned to the therapist that we were cold and to make the room and beds warm. Turns out both beds did not work! We were freezing the entire time. Not relaxing! I am so upset that we did not leave the minute we were told the beds do no provide any heat! I mentioned to the receptionist our experience and did not offer to reschedule or any type of compensation. We drove 45 minutes to this location! Waste of time! Appointment on 6.23.2018

Nicole is one of the best therapists I've ever had. I highly recommend her. The spa in general is clean and welcoming with a friendly staff.

Subpar massages at best. I showed up 10 min early, massage didn't start till 10 min late, and still ended "on time".
Spent 20 min on my focus area, which was amazing and felt great, then rolled over and, for some reason, got my collar bone and jaw massaged for 15 min? I wanted neck and shoulders and that happens. Last time I'll be coming here for sure, cancelled my membership right there

I've never felt better since coming to this location. Liz is the best she listens to what I needs done and does it well!

Very hard to schedule a appointment since there soo busy, but wonderful massage.
