I was lucky enough to find Shannon as my hair stylist for my wedding day. I opted out of a hair trial because I felt so comfortable with her that I knew I wouldn’t need one. I got married at the beach so she listened to my thoughts and concerns with the wind and weather for the day and gave me her professional advice and we came to a happy medium that I absolutely LOVED! I got so many compliments on my hair and it looked amazing in pictures!

Very clean, appeared to be a friendly staff, but don't let that fool you. This salon royally screwed up my hair and then argued with me to correct it. Please do not use this salon. Very poor management, rude, inconsiderate. Respectfully, ~ an honest customer

I was lucky enough to have the talented artist Shannon Schwabb color and style my hair. I went in requesting a drastic change to my curly "golden" color hair with roots😳. She was up for the challenge and didn't disappoint. I'm not daring usually but needed to something different. She was So professional; explained every step of the process to me so I knew what to expect. I love it! My kids love it! My husband loves it! It's exactly what I wanted. I will be back for sure.

I had a very important event that I was hosting so I decided to go to a better hair salon to do my hair. I stopped by 2 months in advance for a consultation. They scheduled me one week before my event for one ☝🏻 appointment. I needed to touch up roots (blonde) and have lowlights (brown). My colorist was a very nice girl, she said she had to even out my color tone first so I trusted her. I spent 3,5 hours there, paid almost $200 (with tips) and left crying because the top of my hair was blonde and the bottom was “dull, very ashy, greenish” - that’s how other people described my hair. My colorist said that I had to shampoo my hair every day to get rid of that ashy/ greenish color, she didn’t have time to do lowlights, and I had to come back again a day before my event and she gave me a sample of some expensive shampoo. Can you imagine ? $200 poorer and spending 3.5 hours at a fancy salon :) I came back the next day asking for my money back after many people (including their customers who were waiting there) said my hair color did not look right at all. So after spending hour and a half there arguing with their manager Krista, she refunded me my money and automatically canceled my appointment for lowlights/highlights that was supposed to be the day before my event and said “I can’t get a second opinion at their place, they won’t perform any service for me there and I should go somewhere else to do my hair”. I wanted to get a second opinion there how to fix my hair but that’s what their manager said. All of it a week before my very important event. So I’m thinking how to fix my “beautiful ashy green hair “ while Writing this review. What a “great” place!! :) They clearly “respect and appreciate” their customers.

I cannot sing the praises of Cara and her assistant Leanne enough. They were just amazing. Cara is the first stylist I've had in YEARS to actually listen to what I wanted and deliver. I will being going back to her from now on. Thanks ladies!
