Everything was organized and had the size of clothes I needed. Was not too busy and cashier was very nice. They had some good sales too!

We found good deals on back to school clothing, however, the customer service was poor. Sales associates were lacking in basic manners and friendliness.

Oh this was an excellent experience.. :-)
We went there shopping here at J.C Penny and realize they carry a lot of different stuff - so we were very impressed.. :-) We went shopping at a couple places today and JCPenney's id the top of the list..
If you see my other ratings for today you'll notice they didn't make top of the last for one reason the other. But, JCPenney's was absolutely awsome..
The lady who waited on us was fabulous.. She was kind, courteous, considerate, Pleasant, and knowledgeable..
We had a good experience all the way around.. I took plenty of pictures and of the receipt.. We bought a couple things that were on sale..
I would tell everybody I highly recommend JC Penny and I would say thank you JC Penney...
