Went to this place the lady behind the counter asked me for my name, told her, said she couldn't hear me I repeated my name then stated I was obnoxious then refused to serve me! (Really?). Asked for a supervisor or manager was told he/she had left for the day. Wow!
Would definitely be reporting this 2 the BBB

I had a cool experience this past week with the staff. Especially the Jamaican lady at the last desk. She was so sweet and had me cracking up laughing. Her humor definitely helped me through an already stressful day. Thanks guys!!

Surprised to see some of these negative reviews. I’ve been going here for many years and my visits have always been pleasant, quick, and stress free.

I was a bit hesitant to go in here after reading all of the negative reviews, but it wasn’t bad at all in my experience. I walked in, waited in line for about 2 minutes. She called me up, I handed over my old registration and ID. A minute later I was walking out with a new one. I didn’t encounter any rudeness, granted she wasn’t going out of her way to be pleasant either. My experience was just fine. It certainly beat going to the DMV..
