I always use go there and the last time I couldn't make it... The person got upset and told me not too come back... She said she didn't want to come back anymore... I was disappointed because I really liked them but oddly that she didn't want me as a customer. I feel like I got mislead about their customer service.... I wouldn't go back ever again...

I called in advance to see if they had time for just a gel color change because I was going to be in the area. They said they had time, but the person who did my nails was in a rush and she did a horrible job. She was rough on my hands even scratched my skin while using the nail file to remove the gel on my left thumb. She painted my cuticles and blamed me for not getting a manicure for cleaner application. I had a manicure 2 wks prior and my cuticles were in good shape. After she was done she used the nail file again and over filed the sides. I will never waste my time here in the future. Maybe be cheap but poor quality.
