Never had such an amazing service today. Was recommended from a client of mine and in so glad I came. Jenny did my acrylic nails and Nicole (I think that was her name the owners daughter) did my colour and nail design. Both were very friendly, especially Nicole.

Nicole is so sweet and honest. I trust nail techs that do this professionally as their job and form of art, not just for the money

1st time there as a walk in. Even though they were busy and only a few people working, they got me in right away. Helen was very nice and patient with my color and special nail requests. She also did my eyebrows nice and thin like no other spa has seem to be able to do to my liking. Then I was handed off to their resident artist, Nicole, that just can do any design imaginable on a nail. She did the most amazing sunflower. I was cringing a little at the end thinking the $$ was gonna be huge, but so surprised when the total was my usual average cost. They also brewed me a cup of hot tea. Needless to say, this place exceeded my expectations, and I do plan on returning for my Easter nail designs.

DON'T GO HERE!! About a month ago, I went here for a full set of acrylic nails. It was my very first set, so I didn't know what to expect. I thought the burning when they were filing on my nailbed was normal. A week after my "no chip" manicure, a nail popped off. Fast forward to today. I finally had a chance to get them fixed, and the new nail technician at the new place I went to informed me that Danada put the original set on wrong and I got a very bad infection under 7 of my nails.

**WORST experience at a Salon I've ever had!!!*** Tech (Jenny) was absolutely terrible. Her disgusting attitude and cold demeanor was not appreciated. I pre-warned her about my cuticles being rough and asked her if she could be careful. She ignored me and went at it. She glued on every nail at different angles. I pointed it out several times for her, only for her to roll her eyes & say "I FILE." OK, fine. But after numerous failed requests to fix them, I was so frustrated I just wanted to leave. I text my girlfriend that this woman was hurting me so she decided to let her tech know that I was uncomfortable. She politely came over & said something to her about it (in Vietnamese) and Jenny replies (in English), "I don't care!" Never in my life have I ever been so disrespected & mistreated. When you enter a place of business, who's sole purpose is to provide a service to you, at no point in time should you feel bad for giving them your business. Nor should you be ignored, disrespected, or feel physical pain. It was like she was purposely squeezing harder because she was mad I spoke up. Now it's time to pay for these awful hot mess claws. Please tell me why the tech decided to apply "gel" or at least say she did without my consent??? Now I'm stuck with a $60 tab and she's nowhere to be found! Complete joke. She should be ashamed of herself! What she did was not only unprofessional but quite unethical. How dare you!!! This was a nightmare. I wouldn't go back if you paid me to!
