They did my nails great, but the male manager half did my sisters nails and refused to fix them or redo them. He expected us to repay for the nails he did awfully. Each and everyone was shaped differently and the gel paint looked horrendous. If you do go there the female workers do an amazing job.

Owner, Mike, did a horrible job on my daughters nails and would not re-do them. He blamed everything but himself for how horrible they turned out. Great management skills 🤔. Lose a client that tips well, rather than re-doing the nails and making a client happy. Will not return.

I have been a client for a over a year, bringing my girls when they visit from college. I always appreciate the staff and tip very well. The women at Magic Nails do an excellent job with nails and pedicures. Although the Manager, Mike, is very friendly - he doesn't stand by his work.
Both my daughters went in for nails wednesday, one daughter had her nails done by a woman, they came out beautiful. My other daughter had the Manager, Mike, do her nails...horrible results. We went back Friday to have the nails redone, and Mike had EVERY excuse as to why the nails he did looked horrific... other than admitt he did a horrible job. Sadly, the Manager has a difficult time admitting he really doesn't care if his work is shotty, he was paid and tipped-money in his pocket. No need for customer satisfaction. Will not be going back

New tech sucked!! I hated my nails, she had horrible strokes, not enough coats. While filing she kept filing my skin which hurt like hell!! Been going here for almost 8 years, never going back!!

First time visiting. Very quick and friendly service. When I visit again, this will be the place I come to for services.
