I went to another place and 4 people were sat down before me, with no appointments. I walked into Fancy nails and got treated with excellent customer service. They were super nice. Amy, my new Tech was awesome! She didn't rush as the store started full in with other customers. Great atmosphere!

I waited for an hour and ten minutes. During this time there was three technicians, and someone who came in after me for serviced before me. The gentleman that was working on a customer had ZERO sense of urgency. He actually stopped doing this person's manicure to play with a bird they had with them. I eventually left as it seemed like I wouldn't be serviced for another hour.

I absolutely love this place. It’s like the hidden gem of Palestine. Fair prices , great work, and amazing people!

I had a terrible experience! My friend and i walked up to the door, and the look on the mans face at the very first table made us feel like he did not want us there, almost as “ugh another customer” we walk in and ask to sit next to one another. Most of the tables were open and not in use and they said “no” so we go to our seperate tables, the lady who was doing my nails didn’t tell me hello or nothing just “sit” i sit, and she asks me what i want i Tell her i want an acrylic overlay so they look natural, and she says “what color” i say light pink. She says powder or shellac? I chose powder, i assume she is going to hand me the samples of colors, i was wrong. She pulls out a jar or acrylic powder that says pink on it. I said can i look at the colors? And she says yes. She hands me the shellac? Which i didn’t know at the time, i pick one out and say this is the color i want and she says okay and starts opening the jar she already pulled out i said is this the color i picked? She says no that’s shellac. And at this point she’s getting very annoyed as am i. I told her i wanted powder and she gives me colors i can’t even get. So she grabs the acrylic and jams them in my hand. I pick my color, she stumps off to get it. Comes back and is so rough with my hands! She burns the tips of my fingers. She didn’t even ask what shape i wanted so after i was done i sat in there while my friend was getting her toes done and shaped MY OWN NAILS! She offered to shape them, but i denied her offer she was too rough and my hands were so sore after that i didn’t want her anywhere near my nails. I would never go again. I am very disappointed in this nail salon. She filed my nails with USED files. I know they need to be disinfected and they obviously weren’t. She even cleaned out one of the electric files with a wire brush in front of me. That is not disinfecting it’s disgusting.

Like the way nail tech Ben and his wife do a good job on my nails. Also fancy nail techs give good pedicures
