Yesterday I got a dip manicure here. I brought my own dip so didn’t even have to use theirs. I wanted to try one of the colors I brought and the man that did my nails told me no, I couldn’t unless I was sure because he “doesn’t want to take It off” if I didn’t like it. After that, I just did my normal pink. Then, he asked if I wanted dip top coat gel and I said gel. When I checked out It was $5 more than they told me It would be and when I asked why he said “gel top is $5”. He never mentioned that when he put them on. Additionally, it’s been 24 hours and the gel topcoat that was an extra $5 is chipping off.
Terrible. Would not recommend to anyone.

I usually go to Nail Pro on Veterans Parkway but was running short on time so I stopped here. I asked for oval nails and got claws, it took an insane amount of time, was more expensive than where I normally go, all the employees were talking to the guy doing my nails so he was yelling in a different language across the room, he stopped doing my nails to watch a video on this girls phone and he didn’t let me wash my hands until after he painted my nails so my hands were covered in dust the whole time. I highly recommend saving your money and going to a better nail salon.

They didn't get my feet as smooth as I like. I got a gel French manicure. Some of my nails are thick in places and some are thin and he didn't even mess with my cuticles just pushed them back. They were too rushed! Sorry but I will not go back.

I took a couple of my sisters and my niece in for pedicures and manicures. We had a fantastic experience. The staff was friendly and proficient. My pedicure and manicure are the best that I've had. I can't wait to come back!!
